This 80-grit flap disc improves the working experience with its innovative segmented design that delivers transparent line of sight to the work surface while smoothing or blending for reduced over-abrasion and maximum efficiency.

Along with its segmented design, a special coating reduces heat buildup on the disc compared to traditional flap discs for increased performance and longer life.

SIGHTMAX flap discs utilize a high-quality zirconium abrasive grain for quick stock removal, and their iron- and sulfur-free construction reduces oxidizable particles left behind on finished surfaces to help prevent rust from forming.

A coating slows moisture exposure for extended disc life.
